If you don’t have a smartphone, you can still respond to the employer to let them know you’re interested in the role but unable to answer the video interview request.

If you log into your JobGetter account via the JobGetter website, go to My Dashboard then My Messages. You should see the original message requesting the Video Interview.

In the message, you'll see a "click here" link to send the employer a response. You will have the option to say "I'm interested in the position but I don't have access to a smartphone".
